Space between the Music
It’s the space between the notes that makes the music. You have to intentionally make the space in order for the music to be beautiful.
The hurried pace of life is the greatest enemy of engaging with God. Signs of this include the loss of joy. Joy is like a barometer. First sign that something is breaking in the inside is losing joy.
Sometimes most obvious is least practiced. Luke 10:38-42: Martha you’re bothered about so many things but only one thing is necessary and Mary has CHOSEN the good part that will never be taken away from her. Be seated at his feet listening to His word on a daily basis!

Isaiah 40
28 Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom. 29 He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
I’m reminded of this truth today. I have lately been distracted and deceived by the weakness in keeping up with a busy schedule. But I feel so renewed at this moment and strengthened by His truth. That through Him I can do all things. That through Him I will be lead to where He wants me to be. I feel as if God is drawing me back, but I think He actually is taking the blinders off of my eyes. I never fell back away from Him, no He kept me right there. He wants nothing more than to keep us close. He wants nothing more than for us to experience His love. There is no greater love than His, no greater security, rest, peace, emotion, desire than Him. My heart beats for this one thing. This is where I wanna be. Lord thank you for knowing when I need renewal. I am precious to Him, I am worthy to Him, and nothing I do can change that.
